I'd never read it, and to me it was like reading a comic book. So I started off totally uninterested in revisiting the world Orwell created. But then it got very interesting, and the opposite of a comic book. It felt so much more real and a hell of a lot darker. I was glad I'd read enough of 1984 to see what Sandra Newman had done. The ending was perfection....more
