it was amazing
bookshelves: highly-reccommended

Characters in this book are honest are real. Its not until the 4rth book where I run into characters who seem illogical. She is a woman though... that may explain it. Very real characters who as it is said are not black and white. You will definitely have characters you root for, and root against. As to good and evil it is a river. There are Knights, Lords, and Ladies who hold to their morals, their honor. In the end though they are lying in a pool of blood, leaving tear-stains on the pages of your book. Is that too emo(tional) for you? Well perhaps its not as bad as all that. Dynamic characters, some of which you will know nothing about until over a thousand pages. Then Mr. Martin will expose the characters in detail. Leaving you rooting for some of the most detestable characters there are.

You will find yourself caught up in a complex web of events. You will find yourself in love with the world and in love with the characters. You will find yourself in love with Mr. Martins flowing script. You will find yourself pleasantly surprised if you read this book. That is, as long as you have not read too many reviews bragging it up.
