Reading for the 2nd time. Most recently started July 30, 2022.
I had a hard time finishing this. Surprised? Well, I was. Since I have been anticipating this, and I learned my lesson:
Lower your expectations on overhyped books.
Honestly, I was gonna give it a two, if not for Julian and the fighting scenes at the end.
You know the feeling when reading a book and you come across a scene and say: "I think I have read that in......." There were a lot of that in this book. A LOT.
Don't get me wrong. I didn't hate it. I just didn't find it as amazing or even good as others think so. This was big letdown for me. So I'm just sad. =(
