The book itself was rather blah, but the end really took it deep into one-star territory...too bad there aren't negative stars.
The book begins in typical Koontz style with eerie, if predictable, creepy goings-on. It then moves to "destruction of the world" mode, and then, for some unknown and unbelievable reason it starts to read like those stupid "Left Behind" books. Ugh.
