Holy Crap!!

This book was so much better than Book 1. Possibly better than any Sarah J. Maas book I have ever read.

Amazing Character growth. Amazing ending!! Amazing relationship development!!! I loved it. I'm so glad I waited until the next book was out before reading this one!!!

And now for some spoiler-y stuff, mostly comparing and contrasting Book 1 and Book 2:
(view spoiler)[ I love Rhysand and I f*king Hate Tamlin so much!! Like that is the reason I didn't like Book 1 very much. Feyre's relationship to Tamlin seemed trite and contrived. And it so was. I loved how there was no love triangle in Book 2. Feyre explains that the person she was in Book 1 needed the love of Tamlin. But then she was broken. Or she just discovered more of herself. And she got to love someone her equal. Rhys!!

I just loved their relationship. So much chemistry. So much equality and respect. And even communication. A freaking real relationship in a YA novel.

And I loved all the other characters and that there is a whole cast here instead of just Tamlin and Lucien from Book 1. And I'm excited for Elain and Nesta to appear in Book 3.

I hope Lucien gets his head out of his ass and gets redemption in book 3.

Anyway, freaking excited for the rest of this series.
