BETWEEN 2.5 AND 3, OUT OF 5 STARS
So I wrote a whole review on this, and my page for some fucking reason refreshed and it's gone and I feel like throwing my laptop against a solid surface. I am in no mood to ever write that whole thing again, because I actually decided to argue my points :/, which I have completely left out here.
So in short, this book is fun to read but don't expect anything amazing. I disliked some aspects of this book. For one it undermines the weight of people's deaths and fails to successfully express human loss on a greater scale and resorts to clichés to get this across. It also ends very predictably. Finally, the ending uses passive exposition to explain what has happened and what will happen to tie everything together (view spoiler)
If you want to ask me why I had these conclusions feel free to ask, I'll write them in the comments or add them here but right now I just can't write it all again.
Suffice to say, if you like the series read it.
