First I must say that I love this series and that I'm sad the next book will be the last!

Second, I loved the adventure here and the strong presence of Ridge, Sardelle and poor Tolemek, but not so much Cas taht became a crybaby here. I understand the weight of guilt she feels after what happened in the previous book (The Blade's Memory), but here it was so exasperated that I wanted to scream at her "Stop it!!! You're doing everything wrong!!!"

Third, why, oh why Ms. Buroker??? Why did you have to leave us so??!!! Why such a HUGE cliffhanger???!!! Now we must wait the next book to know what happened!!!

But still this book is such a huge roller-coaster that I loved it very, very much!
