It won the booker, so it comes with solid credentials. I probably have tried to read it 3 times and all the times, it went like this: It is interesting -> Probably, I didn't get it the first time -> Not bad -> OK enough, put it down ! - after more than 100 pages. And then it so happened that I watched the movie and it was superb and it is among the most romantic movies that I have seen. Not surprisingly it won the best picture oscar too.
