Well... this re-read isn't going to plan is it. In the second section of TMI I gave City of Fallen Angels 2 Stars and now this 3 Stars and I honestly just have a mix of so many feels. I don't know how to explain it because this series is something that made me enjoy reading again, and when I've re-read I'm just rolling my eyes. I mean I know I'm not the intended Target Audience anymore, I just thought because I absolutely love TID it may be similar, but yeah...

So I think I'm going to get my main gripe off my chest and throw it into the world. The thing that I hate so much about this series? It's Clary. I just don't like her, I think she's so ignorant to the world with these Jace shaped love goggles on and I want to just shake her and tell her to see sense. Out of all of the characters in the Shadowhunter world I just can't with her. The level of selfishness she goes to in this book, not letting Jace go, pretty much forcing Simon to tell her mum where she's gone and get the brunt. She drives me insaneeeeeeeee. As she is a main character it's so hard for me to just kind of push her to the side of my vision because everything she does just boils my blood.

Dare I say this... I think I will. I was low key bored. NOTHING happens for so long of the book. SO LONG.

Still not over Alec and Magnus with Alec being shitty over him being immprtal and has had multiple partners... Please for the love of god get over it.

My love for Simon and Izzy is just ever growing it would seem, I need something to root for in this series and I have decided I choose them.

The last 100 or less pages it definitely picked up and you can see it's setting up Heavenly Fire. I always think to myself why do I not remember a lot of this series and it all makes sense!

Now the biggest shock of them all... am I... ME, begining to like Jace? Maybe it's just the Herondale aspect but here we are.

- Erm, Jace doesn't like Ducks, this should be a Will thing only just saying...
- Sebastian is awful and I love it :) :) :)
- Sneaky sneaking Faeries
- Luke saying such kind things about Clary and saying she was his, my lil heart
- Sebastian was creepy and in an incest way and it made me feel ill.
- Why are Maia and Jordan a thing?

Overall, I have come to the conclusion... I am legit sick to death of Clary.
