I really enjoyed this book. I think it is a great book for animal lovers.
At the beginning I was not so interested in Mikael's background and his story about he got into adventure racing but, I realized I needed to understand who he is in order to appreciate the love he felt for this dog.
It was really sad to read about Arthur's suffering and sadder to know that the people who made him suffer are living in my country. I feel embarrased that there are no laws defending animals in Ecuador. Hopefully this will change.
