Finally!!!!!!
I was so giddy when I picked up this book from the library, you don't understand. I have been waiting a LOOOOOONG time for the sequel, and it did not disappoint. Of course, I wish it had more Myfawny, but I didn't mind the new characters. I did not appreciate that Bishop Alrich was not present more, seriously. He is one of my faves.
Ok, so this book is not perfect, but so enjoyable if you are a fan of the first one. I wish Daniel had not gone so much into the history of the grafters as it became a bit tedious to read it in some parts, but that's it. I loved Marcel's background story, though. So sad.
I am a big fan of of Daniel, so really, I am still going to recommend this series to anyone who likes supernatural stuff. So much fun, and how cool that the main characters kicking butt are ladies! Thanks, Daniel.
***Read it again for the second time (2018) and I enjoyed it way more the second time. :)
