This was a very thought provoking book about how everything you do or say to someone has an impact on them whether you know it or not. I believe the book is for teens but I would say around 16 or older due to some of the material in the book, but I do think every high school kid should read it just so they can understand that all kids feel the same way and the way you treat someone, good or bad, has a lasting effect on them.
