it was amazing
bookshelves: culture, mythology-folktales, philosophy, religious-history
Read 2 times. Last read March 1, 2017 to March 5, 2017.

Re-read this one after several years, and it was even more powerful this time. I think the time and the age between helped in my understanding and comprehension. Very accessible text, and I am sure I will revisit this one again someday - maybe I can finally watch the PBS special too.

Glenn Russell Read many times; listened to the CD a few times; watched the PBS special back when first aired --- absolutely fantastic! Glad you enjoyed.

مازن I was just going through the first episode of the PBS documentary, and I had the same feeling, each and every time I revisit Joseph Camp his words resonate differently and more intensely to reconsider.

Kim We watched the PBS special in one of my undergrad philosophy classes - would definitely recommend.

Jenny (Reading Envy) This is on my TBR list for this year because I have a goal to read more mythology and folklore... so of course. :)
