Everyone should read this book, whether you’ve experienced depression and anxiety or not. Matt Haig is honest about his experience and how he found light in his darkest moments. It’s broken down into short chapters which is great when your attention span is short (which is one of the symptoms I get when I’m anxious/depressed) and he not only talks about his own experiences but gives some great pointers and things to think about for people to help themselves. Some of the points he makes really resonate with me and I think I’ll find myself referring back to this book again and again.
