The Handmaid’s Tale (The Handmaid's Tale, #1)

I always read the author's biography before reading a book, because all books have an agenda, all of them, they all reflect the views of the writer. And the biography allows me to see the agenda hidden between the words of the book. In this case a Canadian liberal atheist feminist decided to write against organized religion (and against males in general), and picked Christianity because it is safer than Islam, despite the fact that Islam is already treating women like this all over the world, while Christian and Jewish women enjoy freedoms, unless of course they are being persecuted by Islam or the progressives. That said, poorly written, and the use of the F word is tiring and unneeded.
