I had forgotten how it would feel like reading an utterly horrible book until I started reading this. Did the author really think the pov of an annoying 5 year old kid could actually resonate with ppl? Dont get me wrong, I totally feel for their story but it does not mean he is a good character. I half way expected sth bad to happen to him so that his mother could narrate the rest of the story for us, since I couldnt stand his storytelling after he gets out of the clinic. Cant believe I was able to finish such a long and agonizing read!
