WOWZER!!! The book was great but the ending was PHENOMENAL!!!!

There are a couple things I loved about this book.

As always the pack was the heart of the entire story. The feel of belonging, love, and family permeates and shines throughout the entire story. It's the soul and heart of this series and I'm addicted to it.

Gordo and Mark's story was heart touching and very emotional at times. They didn't have an easy time and their journey left me occasionally exhausted but it was never less than beautiful.

But what I really enjoyed were the relationships that were growing all around Gordo and Mark. Especially Carter and his wolf, and Robbie and Kelly. And according to the epilogue I already know that both relationships will have significant roles in the pack's future.

It did feel like the story/plot dragged a little at times, but the overall tale was as always exceptional.

The banter between the characters was as always one of my favorite aspects of these novels. I laughed out loud more than once. The writing enchanted with the author's fresh an original voice, nobody else writes like TJ KLUNE. His novels feel refreshing, unorthodox and because of it it always feels like an entire different reading experience.

The author took his time throughout the first 29% to recap the events from Wolfsong in Gordo's POV, as well as a good chunk about Gordo's past. I felt like I really got to know Gordo and it helped to understand his deep history with the Bennett pack. Ravensong was very well done! And I really loved the way the author plotted this sequel. 

So, all in all I was very satisfied with Ravensong and CAN'T wait to read the next book. Unfortunately it doesn't release until fall 2019 - which is way too far out......
