Very well written book if you ignore the self congratulatory tone of the author . Lots of real life cases and examples. SCRUM is a powerful way to develop software that is not a debate anymore . The jury is still out on weather , as the author passionately claims , it can change the world . To do so will need massive changes to the way corporations are organised , run and lead. But the case for change is very strong !!
