did not like it

I decided to give this a try, but the age of the heroine was just making me so uncomfortable, especially with what the hero says about her (he even calls her “little girl at one point...). She is very immature and didn’t seem to take his coaching seriously, even though she begged her parents to let her train for the Olympics. Yet we were supposed to this she was “so mature for her age? I made it to page 400 when we got a consensual scene that turned non-consensual real fast and that was a no for me. So I stopped. And I’d just like to forget I ever read this book.

Tyffany I was very upset by the content of this book. But I was shocked bc it was recommended by a tiktoker part of the booktok community.

Nan sea ~ Chasing sunsets ✓ Yours is the only review I loved on this book because it's just so straight forward and not a fucking rant.
I loved how you didn't bullied the author " how dare she write such romance" just stated facts " that yeah the was immature and all the other things that made her a typical 15 year old not a 15 year old matured by life"

Jennie This book was just a loop of round and round. I got to about that page 400 mark you mentioned and then skipped to the last chapter to see if there was a conclusion, did they fall in love, did he get arrested, and there was NOTHING, it continues in another book. After the first couple of sexual interactions it got old real quick. I think it even got to the point where he was threatening her career and using their affair as leverage, that was not ok to me!
