I read this a while back and loved it. I'm not all that familiar with Greek mythology, but like Greek mythology itself, this book is really about the human condition, with Gods, Goddesses, nymphs, mortals, cyclops, and a myriad of animals representing the tangled lives of humans. Perdita Weeks was a fabulous narrator - so easy to listen to.
This was a buddy-read with a friend, and I think we were both surprised by how compelling it was and how much we liked it. As soon as I clear the waitlist at the library, I'll dive in to Miller's previous book, Song of Achilles.
