Jane Austen has brought lots of laughter into my time reading Sense and Sensibility. This book was on the weaker side for me in regards to the romances, but it made me laugh out loud quite a bit. It felt more like a comedic drama than a romance. If this was adapted into a limited tv series, like The Durrells in Corfu, I'd drop everything to watch it!

The sisters were so fun to follow and the DRAMA was fantastic. Honestly, I totally misjudged who would end up with who. I don't know where I got lost on the romance plot, but I personally prefer the matchings that were in my head.

I wish there was more insight on the men that are involved with the sisters. By the end of the book, I didn't feel like I really knew these guys very well. I feel like I know the Dashwoods, but I could not describe the love interests to any degree near I can with the girls. That is what holds me back from rating this book something closer to 5 stars.

I can't wait to get back in the Jane Austen mood and continue my trek through her works!
