I am really conflicted on my feelings for this book. Until the last 100 or so pages, I really enjoyed the story. However, the ending felt a bit inauthentic. I understand that this had been setting up throughout the entire story, but I just felt really unsatisfied with the ending. I am interested in where the story goes in the following books, but I think I will probably just read a plot summary.
After we wrap up class discussions and I write my essay about this novel, I might come back if I have more to say. Otherwise, I enjoyed some aspects of this book but ultimately felt unsatisfied with the ending.
