In the book, Mehar Baba talks about the reason of existence, the journey of a soul, and appearance of Avatars on earth. Sometimes it is difficult to grasp everything which is presented in the book and on some places it is repetitive as well. But all in all, it is a very good read for someone who is inclined towards spirituality and mysticism.
