Let me start with this: this is my third time reading this book. I think that says enough

However i got 400 pages of enjoyment (and lots of feels) so i can spare a few lines to review it

First of all this books is so fucking amazing (or its own and x2 if you add the audio version). It’s so unique. Maybe it’s just me not reading that much or maybe it’s just a fact but there’s nothing like this book.

The format. I’ve never seen or heard of any book that’s built like that. The interview format. It’s so unusual and memorable. And brings such a depth to the book because you get to see an opinion on a situation and how they saw it from everyone involved. Which leads to another point.

The unreliable narrator. There’s miscommunication. It’s messy. You have people tell you things that happened. You weren’t there. You can’t be sure that what tell you is what actually happened (or in some cases what actually DID NOT happen). You get contradictory information on half of the things that they tell you
And it’s even more so with the interviewer being who they are. Some things just couldn’t be said for obvious reasons.
Did they do it or did they not? You’ll never fucking know. That’s the beauty of it

You hate the character. You love the character. You wanna kill them. You cry for them. They’re complicated and flawed

I absolutely love Daisy Jones & The Six. Obviously 5 stars (hello me from march 2019 who stoped at 4,5). So excited to watch the tv show later this year

4,5*. Really enjoyed this one. Audiobook was so good, highly recommend. I loved the characters (even though time to time i wanted to scream at them with a frustration ).
It’s getting turned into a tv series, right? Can’t wait
