Only just started but I wish David Hirst would sort out his sentence structures. Or, I should say, I wish, to some extent, but not entirely, he, or his editor, would at least attempt to sort out, his sentence structures.

This looks to be, at least in my opinion, a fine example of sentence structure, or perhaps a template structure, that one might, in the future, find useful for a thesis; however, it may benefit a thesis to also vary the sentence structure.
