it was amazing

“We never joke about bunnies, Bunny.

Mona Awad has the weirdest brain, and I absolutely love her for it. I don’t even know how to describe this novel. It’s probably best if I don’t. It’s a scathing satire of MFA programs. And of cliques. There’s some magical realism? Lots of bunnies, as promised. I dug it all.

I won’t be for everyone, but if you don’t mind things going balls-to-the-wall bonkers, and feeling slightly drugged while reading, then you’ll enjoy Awad’s books. (I do think I slightly prefer All’s Well, but that’s just because I’m a Shakespeare Slut.)
