Yeeks.

I know why I read this one. It is the 20th book most tagged as nonfiction on Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ - In Cold Blood was 16th. I'm compulsive and I read a lot and I like to talk to others about books they read.

But I'm not sure I get why 200,000+ other goodreads readers rated this one.

I don't read True Crime. Or Ann Rule.

I don't know how you read something like this before the Golden State Killer was caught. For me I switched incessantly back and forth between the book and online resources trying to figure out how close this book came to figuring it out.

Gripping. Horrible. Well written. Not enjoyable.

And hard to believe how much break-in serial rapists there were in East Bay California in the 70s.

Yeeks.
