I am reading this for the same reasons I read the Economist, primarily to be fully conversant in neo-liberal economics.
I gave it 4 stars because it fulfills that requirement. Though I will admit, it is written for a general audience and that there are more sophisticated arguments for this position out there, this book does seem to represent the mainstream arguments.
I hope to finish it soon. I doubt my points will change.
