What can I say about this amazing book that hasn't been said already. First of all, the movie doesn't even come close to doing this justice. If you haven't seen the movie, good. Read this now. If you did see the movie (regardless of whether you enjoyed it or not), put it out of your head and hear the story the way it was meant to be told.

I loved this book. It takes you on a journey through the memories of Jacob Jankowski, a 90 year old man confined to a nursing home. It is written in such a way that it makes you feel like your Grandfather is telling you a great story in his calm, soothing Grandpa voice. You can't help but be fascinated by every detail and hang on every word. It has a something for everyone. Adventure, tragedy, love and loss. Its a pretty quick read that will be tough to put down.

I highly recommend this book to everyone young and old, male or female. It is a timeless book that you will feel special after reading.

5 stars without a doubt.
