really liked it

My first Agatha Christie book in many many years and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
It is apparently 'The worlds favourite Agatha Christie' with over 100 million copies sold so who am I to disagree.

All of the characters are hateful but the author does it in such a brilliant way that it doesn't matter.
I loved the tension that built right to the end and the denoument was perfectly done.

I needed a book that I could get straight into, without over thinking and this one was perfect for that.

This isn't a Poirot or a Miss Marple or even a Tommy and Tuppence story but one of the Mysteries which I think I like above the others.

Anyway I'll definitely be picking up another by her and I won't be leaving it so long.
