Yet another Graphic Novel (back in my young days we called them comics!) that I really enjoyed. I happened to spot this while queuing in the Library for a book about Vincent Van Gogh (hopefully more of that in another post sometime).
The principle of this book, er sorry graphic novel, is great. It follows the life of a photographer from the late thirties to more modern times and his career is built around taking pictures of most of the heroes and villains in the Marvel Universe. Everyone from the Avengers, Spiderman, X Men, Galactus, Silver Surfer, Doctor Doom to my absolute favourites the Fantastic Four
The artwork is excellent and there is also a great section on how the series came to be, which includes many scripts and sketches
If you love Marvel and you haven't read this then go and read it............ now!!!
