Quite fun and educational.
Chris Voss begins his book with a slightly conceited tone, but just give him some time, he will grow in you, and you will surely appreciate more his subtle humor.
Never Split the Difference is the perfect book to educate yourself while receiving a little sprinkle of entertainment. Note, I wouldn't recommend it to a reader who's looking to learn about negotiations. More like, someone who's looking to improve their conversations in general because it focus on the psychologycal analysis of human behavior, and how to used them in your every day conversations.
