Normal people is such an apt name for this book. Two people who are so frustratingly plain and can not communicate with a person through the years because both people have no idea how to be happy but feel like they can achieve it together. Angst, fear, anxiety, and depression throughout. Mostly frustration with themselves and towards each other.
To be honest I would have called this book Boring People.
