This book became a chore to finish. Wish I'd read the shorter version. A lot of this one seemed like filler and the last scene in Las Vegas felt rushed to me. I felt it was overly religious in parts and bored me at times. I loved how Nick was portrayed throughout. He was the best character in my opinion. This was my first Stephen King book and although it took me ages I will probably read some more of his books. Just maybe shorter ones.
