so utterly and completely disappointed in this book, what a waste of potential.

I have been so excited about this book ever since I read American Royals, and my heart was rooting for Connor and Beatrice since page one of American Royals. I do not understand why authors create so much chemistry and storyline between two characters when they are not even going to end up together? I’m not even going to bother reading this book anymore. And I’m glad I was told beforehand about the ending because I saved myself from a big headache and heartbreak even though iM so beyond mad and upset right now. But for me this sequel does not even exist anymore like the way Beatrice’s character has been butchered? She was supposed to be THE queen in every sense.. Unless I get a confirmation from the author about book three, for me this series ended on American Royals, Chapter 36.
(my heart aches for the happily ever after that Connor and Beatrice were supposed to and deserved to have.)
