I don’t know if I’ve ever read a book with a more satisfying ending. I felt so vindicated reading this book...I felt like Christina.

It’s such a good feeling when the villains of the story get what’s coming to them, and not only that but get a taste of their own medicine. The Shevvintons got what they deserved! For such a long time, no one believed Christina and I mean no one! That is except the Shevvingtons own victims. Then slowly over time as others got to know Christina better, like Robbie, Jonah, and Benjamin, they started to doubt the Shevvington’s lies and would catch them in their own lies. It was so satisfying to find out that the only fingerprints in the summer house were Mrs. Shevingtons, and even if Christina’s were there, it’s one thing for a rebellious child and a minor to be breaking and entering but another thing for an adult who is supposed a model teacher! And then for the Shevvingtons to burn from their own lit fire when they blamed Christina all this time on being the one who was obsessed with fire. Their own plan backfired on them, literally, and they met their demise. (hide spoiler)]

While the build up in this last volume was slow, then all of a sudden everything starts happening all at once. Just
when you think Christina is about to give up, she finds evidence of the Shevvingtons wrong doings, and finally confronts them about it and stands up to them, brave, strong and tall as a rock of granite! Then Finally...finally not just her supporters, but everyone came to learn the truth, that Christina was right!

I have never read a book with a more satisfying conclusion in my life!
