The Tower of Nero (The Trials of Apollo, #5)

I鈥檓 happy-sad
This was everything you could expect from a Rick Riordan book. Naturally, it's 5 stars. The ending was so bittersweet but felt so much more like an ending than any of the other finales. I'm so happy for everyone in the book, but it breaks my heart in the best way possible. I literally went to my brother's room at night when I finished this and told him everything that happened (without spoilers) when he was half asleep. This was such a great conclusion to the series but I never want Rick Riordan to stop writing.
It is so cool to see Apollo progress throughout the series, from wanting people to save him to wanting to save the world or die trying. His relationship with Meg is everything, and he's my favorite god now. I started hating Athena a while back when a spider almost fell on my face. I have self-diagnosed arachnophobia.
Anyway, this was amazing and you should read it and the series and everything Rick has ever written.
xoxo

"I just love Solangelo so much, their cuteness is breaking me.
My brother doesn't ship them, because he doesn't quite know what homosexuality is yet, (he ships Reyna and Nico for some odd reason, I know, the HORROR) but I'm trying to get him to ship Solangelo馃槄"
