Part 3: (unpublished)- It's the lawyers-well, mainly the gal lawyer who had supposedly been engaged to Nash, the oldest of 4 sons, but they hashed a plan to grab the money (42 Billion) via a fake will all along and they sorta deserve it cause everyone else is dumb as dirt. In the climax, Avery (original heiress) has been kidnapped and is about to be murdered but Alexander comes to the rescue! And, which brother is gay? (One has to be!) Gotta be Grayson in his bespoke suits and pale skin (in which aging is better). One brother dies. If it's the gay one, I want his wardrobe. But it might be the dangerous drunk Jameson or cowboy Nash.
Part 2: (unpublished) - Avery and Alexander fall in love. Rebecca and Thea break up, Thea is bisexual, after all, and is after one of four brothers, either Nash or Jameson. Suspicion moves from the family to others and the lawyers seem too eager to hang around. And those signatures on 2 wills...they aren't alike! Is the 'red will' the real one? Is there a 6th library? Does anyone explain to Avery the function of a solarium? Are there underground tunnels that NO ONE living in the house know about? Does someone use one of the $400,000 Winchester rifles? Is it Jameson Winchester Hawthorne? Is the suspicious single aunt a lesbian since she wears comfortable shoes?
Part 1, Here:
So, this gal Avery inherits $42 Billion. But she has to stay in a gargantuan house for one year with the relatives who did NOT get the $42 Billion. Why? And given Avery has her own wing, why not raid the massive kitchen pantry, then lock down in her own wing, and tell her private security guard to stand at her door (he has his own security staff.) But no! She goes running through the woods...and gets shot. She goes shopping...and ...well, you know. Then there is some kind of puzzle that, when solved, tells readers NOTHING. Nice cover, nice concept. Mostly senseless. But I admit it, I'll read the rest of the series.
