I loved this book so much! Everything about it was heartwarming. The story was full of humor, whimsy, and wit. I found myself actually laughing many times throughout the book. I loved the all of the characters (Chauncey was my favorite). Each character felt unique and genuine and you can't help but fall in love with them. I loved the themes of home/family and creating your own home/family. I had a smile on my face the entire time reading it. It just felt like a giant hug, which is something we can all use now.

I listened to this audiobook and I would highly recommend it. The narrator was excellent and really created distinct voices and personalities for each character that brought the story to life.

Sarah Greene Chauncey was delightful! Such a lovely read...only downside is when I finished it I was sad because there was no more book.
