Sometimes you just want to see superheroes fight.

This book knows exactly what it is: an excuse to pit DC's two most popular teams against one another and make comics fans happy. Mission accomplished. The book has just enough plot to avoid feeling hollow, the art is great, and there are moments of genuine emotion and humor peppered throughout all the violence and mayhem. It's probably the most fun I've had reading a comic in years.
