Body horror isn’t really my thing, but whatever Clark writes, I will read. And he has matched the genre and the subject matter perfectly: unfortunately there’s a reason why horror is so good at conveying the black experience in the US. It can occasionally be somewhat challenging to follow for an Eastern European like me, but it’s worth it (and enlightening).
