i feel like i rarely give 2's but that needs to change because i need to level out my rating score LOL
*time to bring on mean jeff >:)
in all honesty, this book angered me because really - if you don't pay close enough attention - you might walk away just thinking it was about a man waiting for a fish to give up.
and for me ... IT KINDA WAS.
there were some parts where i found the writing poetic and profound and i liked the start of this ol' story but maybe i expected a little more out of it? because by the middle, i was very close to giving up because reading through 4 day's worth of a struggling old man with a huge fish is not my cup of interest.
anywho, i tried to find aspects of it to give a lenient rating but overall, it was another good jab at the classical realm of novels but did not leave me in much awe :/
toodles
