Breath: The New Science of a Lost Art

Thought provoking and interesting read. Like all such books, there's a lot of padding and a fair number of claims and stories that need to be read critically, remembering that the author must strike a balance between a dry, just-the-facts survey of the scientific literature and their publisher's desire for the print version of clickbait (impulse-purchase-while-connecting-through-ATL-bait?)
Given that "Breath" contains a lot of intriguing ideas and introduces them in an entertaining and softly convincing way. Nestor gives you some threads, it's up to you to pull on them.
