What the heck?! This book is so good, but that ending!!! I immediatly grabbed my pillow and screamed into it twice. I am so not okay, and now I'm going to cry.
Anyways, to the actual review. This book was so good, and I loved every second. My kindle got sent the book and I ran downstairs, screamed my head off for 30 seconds and ran back upstairs and read for 5 hours. I didn't finish it, but I needed sleep. My friend was using my kindle, and I swear I was actually getting Daemon withdraws.
Daemon and Katy's realtionship in this book is so diffrent than in the first two. I really liked them as a couple. But with Adam dead, Dee refuses to speak to Katy (much, she still speaks to her, but not much) and Katy feels like crap. I feel for both girls, they need their friendship between them. Dawson is a little crazy at first, and that is what worried me. I have read "Shadows" so I was hesitant as to what Dawson would be like, or if Dawsons return would take up 10% of the book. It didn't and I was very thankful. This book is way more than what I excpected and I am on my toes, hanging over that edge. I can't wait for the next installment!
The only reason I didn't give this book 5 stars was because of the cliff hanger! I really hope "Origin" comes out soon!

“And no one will kill Bill.â€

I laughed softly as I unbuckled the seat belt. “Blake. His name is Blake.

Daemon pulled the keys out and leaned back, his eyes glimmering with amusement. “He’s whatever I decide to call him.”

“Oh, dear God and baby Jesus in the manger, my eyes!â€ Dee shrieked. “My eyes!â€
My own eyes snapped open. Daemon lifted his head, eyes luminous. Then I realized my hands were still up his shirt. I yanked them out.
“Oh my God, I whispered, mortified.
Daemon said something that burned my ears. “Dee, you didn’t see anything. And then he added much lower, “Because you have impeccable timing.
“You were on…her and your mouths were doing this.â€ I could just imagine her hand signals at that point. She went on. “And that’s more than I want to see. Like, ever.”
