I have a lot of thoughts on this book. I will share a couple. I found in this series that it seems like the desirable male is abusive, verbally and/or physically. I felt like these were beauty and the beast type stories, only the male stays abusive and the female just doesn’t seem to care. I also felt the author may have crossed the line with sexual descriptions. The overall feeling I got from this book was that it was similar to a trashy romance novel.
