Don't know if I'm just stupid but i was not understanding a lot of the book. like yeah i got it in order to become free and be your most human you have to embrace and open yourself up to x y and z but really no concrete steps on how to do any of those other than ~trust God~ which is fine if you are a christian or religious, but i was not any of those. some points on forgiveness and loneliness were good, but the majority of the time i was reading passages and thinking to myself what is he even SAYING!! which is not how you want your reading experience to typically go.

Thank you Hassan for lending me your copy! I googled books on loneliness and dealing with that stuff and this was a suggested book, but not my cup of tea. I don't think it really was about the root of my issues.
