** spoiler alert ** I heard about this book through my friends who were all reading this book and raving about, which made me a little dubious about reading it because I don't believe that just because a lot of people are reading a book doesn't necessarily mean its a great book ... Like the Twilight saga I read those books because I heard so many people raving about the books and read and was sorely disappointed by the writing, the plot and the characters.
But I decided to read the blurb of this book and a couple of reviews of other bookworms, and decided that perhaps this was as good as many people were saying it was.
AND BOY WAS I WRONG TO PUT OFF READING THIS BOOK!!!
ITS INCREDIBLE... ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!
I was sucked into the World of the Shadowhunters, I loved every minute of this book, I loved Clary and Jace especially when they were together and then when they found out they were related ... that absolutely killed me!! I WAS LIKE NOOOOOO!!!!!! D:
I feel in love with Simon and his geeky goofiness, and felt bad for him because he loved Clary and she didn't reciprocate those feelings . . . But then got really annoyed with him when he acted like a jerk around Clary when she was with Jace ....

This is an amazing book and it would take me a very long time to point out all the things I loved about it.
The plot had so many unprecedented twists and turns :)
I loved it, so amazing and am excited to read the next book :DDDDD
