My grandson likes this book. I got a copy from the library and we’ve been reading it before nap. The refrain of “It’s Pajama Time�� gets him excited which I’m not so sure is a good thing before his nap. With a host of animals in a variety of pajamas, they’re sure to bring you some rhythm, as your body sways reading this little board book. They’re all getting ready for bed, but first we have to have a dance party in our pajamas.

Pajamas, pajamas, pajamas! Let’s all get inside our pajamas and dance! Color, size, shape, material, it doesn’t matter what your pajamas look like, what matters is that you have some pajamas on. What a lively little book. Try to read this book without getting caught up in the excitement, I dare you. With a lively bunch of animals, they showcase their latest pajamas as they get ready for bed. The illustrations are simple yet they bring the text alive. The text rhymes for the most part. I enjoyed the variety of animals and p.j.’s and the liveness of this book.
