It took me a while to understand what this book was trying to be. By the end I understood the themes of sexuality, identity, womanhood, mental health and free will (as well as anyone can with this type of contemporary fiction) but still felt at a loss as to what it was all supposed to say. A bit of a "nothing" book - some interesting messages and modern writing - short and sweet, but very confusing and a bit bleh for me unfortunately.
