** spoiler alert ** When it's about books that have been mentioned a lot on social media, I find it easy to say it was overrated and didn't deserve the hype because a lot of the time, people over dramatize it. However, "It Ends With Us" is not the same. I can't even explain it, the second I started reading I knew it would be different from any other book I've ever read.

I started this book off knowing the ending would destroy me because that is the only thing I heard everyone say in reviews, so I was prepared... yeah nevermind, the ending still managed to shock me. First of all, I usually can't wait to finish a book just to see how it ends, and this was the same but at the same time I genuinely never wanted it to end, and even now that it did, I just want it back.
Now don't get me wrong, I loved the ending and even though some people will disagree, I think it was the perfect ending and instead of breaking me it almost healed the pain caused by the whole book, and it was extremely empowering.

To get a bit less formal, this book definitely topped all books in my favourites list, it made me go through more emotions than any other book I've ever read and it was just amazing. I haven't said this about many books, but this is one that sticks. It remains with you forever and no matter what, I will probably always talk about it and always recommend it.

Also, random note, Atlas is by far the best character. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely adore Lily and I really do look up to her, but if I don't find my Atlas one day I will not be okay. He is probably one of my favourite characters I've ever read about, he was so perfectly made, and easy to love and the whole time I knew he was the best choice BY FAR.

Ugh, I've been writing this review for days, I feel like I want to post it, but at the same time I have SO much more to say but it would never end so finally, Colleen Hoover, I don't know how you did it, but you made this book part of my life. And I will never be able to thank you enough.
